1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Terms

Bookings and Memberships: All studio rental bookings, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Unused Hours and Validity

Packages: Any unused hours from packages cannot be carried over beyond the agreed validity period of the rental or recording objectives. All objectives must be agreed upon, quoted, approved and paid by the client before the session.

Memberships: Unused hours from memberships cannot roll over to subsequent months.
3. Upgrades
Clients may upgrade to a higher-tier package or membership at any time. The price difference will be applied based on the remaining balance or sessions.
4. Scheduling and Availability
All studio sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Jinny’s Music Studio cannot guarantee availability without prior booking.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being marked as used, with no refund or credit offered.
6. Commitment Periods

Minimum Commitment: Certain packages and services may require a minimum commitment period (e.g., 12 months for specific recurring agreements).
