All users of Jinny’s Music Studio are required to read and understand this policy. By using our facilities and services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Illegal Use

Users may not use Jinny’s Music Studio's facilities or services in violation of any federal, state, or local laws or regulations. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, copyright infringement, defamation, indecency, or any other illegal or unethical activity. Users are also prohibited from allowing or permitting such activities by clients or third parties.

Prohibited Content

Jinny’s Music Studio strictly prohibits the use of its facilities or services for the possession, production, transport, or distribution of any illegal or inappropriate content. Any user found engaging in such activities will have their services immediately suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Email and Communication Policies

The use of Jinny’s Music Studio’s email or communication platforms (if provided) must align with this policy. Sending unsolicited emails, spam, or engaging in unauthorized marketing activities is strictly prohibited.

Users must ensure their communication systems (e.g., email servers) are properly configured to prevent unauthorized use, such as open relays.

Abuse and Misuse of Resources

• Misuse of studio resources or equipment in a manner that causes damage or interruption to Jinny’s Music Studio’s operations.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their activities and are liable for any damages caused by negligence or intentional misuse.

Copyright and DMCA Compliance

Jinny’s Music Studio complies with all applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe copyrighted material has been used in violation of applicable laws while using Jinny’s Music Studio’s services, please notify us immediately at jinny@jinnysmusicstudio.com.

Upon receiving a DMCA violation notice, Jinny’s Music Studio will take prompt action, including notifying the alleged infringer and removing or blocking access to the infringing content until compliance is achieved.

Liability and Service Use

Jinny’s Music Studio cannot preemptively restrict all potential violations of this AUP. The failure to enforce any part of this policy does not constitute a waiver of Jinny’s Music Studio’s rights to enforce compliance. Users may be subject to suspension, termination, or additional fees for violating this policy.

Remuneration for Violations

Users who violate this policy may be charged fees related to repair, cleanup, or restoration of any damaged equipment, facilities, or services. Fees will vary based on the severity and scope of the violation.
