Studio Services
Teach & Practice
Our studio is ideal for musicians, students, teachers, or small ensembles to practice, teach and stay prepared for their musical journey.
Music Recording
Clients have the option to utilize our track recording, mastering, and production services to capture and naturally render unlimited unique takes.
Intimate Venue Rental
Reserve a recital hall for private concerts, and musical events accommodating up to 50 guests. Optional white glove accompaniment on request.

Studio
Policies
Session Guidelines

Warm-Up Time: Warm-up time is included in your paid session time. Please plan accordingly.

Practice Bookings: Practice rates apply only for piano use. Using recording equipment during practice will incur the applicable recording rate.

Personal Equipment Use: If recording with your own equipment without using any studio equipment, you must book the "Recording with Personal Equipment" rate.

Event Bookings: Event space usage requires a minimum booking of 2 hours and is charged at the same rate as recording.

Extra Time Policy: Additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments at the applicable rate.

Violations: Misuse of the studio space or violations of these policies may result in additional charges.
Payment and Booking

No deposit is required to reserve a spot.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
-
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
-
You may reschedule your booking once if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.
-
Further rescheduling is not permitted.
-
If you cancel after rescheduling, the service fee will not be refunded.
Studio Conduct

No Food/Drink: To protect our instruments and equipment, no food or drinks are allowed inside the studios. This policy is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

Care for Equipment and Space:

Treat all equipment and studio spaces with respect.
-
Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
-
Notify staff immediately if any issues arise with equipment or space.

Setup and Cleanup
-
Booking time includes both setup and cleanup.
-
Remove all personal belongings and trash at the end of your session.
-
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio is left in poor condition.
Noise Levels and Building Etiquette

Be mindful of noise levels, especially if adjacent rooms are booked.
-
Disruptive behavior or excessive noise may result in early termination of your booking without a refund.
